A successful FMCG business based in South West London are looking for a driven and ambitious Production Team Leader to join the nights team. This role will be very challenging but also very satisfying and rewarding.A key part of your role will be to lead and coach the night team to drive KPI''s and to maximise productivity. You will need to ensure that all of the production and packing is completed in a timely manner and to the highest quality.In addition, you will need to coach and develop members of your team to develop a strong team culture and one that is working efficiently.
