In this role, you will deliver high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance services across social housing properties for local authorities and housing associations.Responsibilities:Undertaking a wide range of reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including but not limited to, installing or repairing doors and windows, lock changes, repairing worktops and kitchen units, fitting new bathrooms, general plumbing repairs, painting and decorating, and plastering.Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.Requirements:Full UK Driving Licence (manual)Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)Benefits:A company van and fuel card provided (for business use)25 days annual leave entitlement (excluding bank holidays)Access to rewards - discounts on groceries, holidays, cinema tickets, and ..... full job details .....
