The Role As a Senior Cash and Reporting Assistant, you''ll be responsible for managing cash receipting processes, allocating payments, reconciling accounts, and producing reporting that supports the wider Credit Control and Accounts Receivable function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with large volumes of financial data. Key Responsibilities Produce company bank statements. Match incoming payments against outstanding invoices. Allocate payments accurately to customer accounts. Process allocations, journals, and refunds. Maintain accurate records within the accounting system. Analyse and manipulate high-volume transactional data using Excel. Generate daily and periodic cash collection reports. Work closely with Credit Control and Receipting teams to ensure accurate cash allocation. Support the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control teams with ad hoc queries and reporting requirements.
