Our client is an exciting growing PE Backed business that provides low-carbon high-density data center solutions that enable organisations to cost-effectively scale their digital infrastructure while reducing their environmental impact.They are are seeking an experienced Interim Corporate Finance manager (initially 6-12 months contract that will roll over or go perm possibly) to lead the Group''s corporate finance activity through a critical refinancing and build-out phase. The role will focus on delivering a successful refinancing of existing facilities, securing funding headroom to support a multi-year capex and expansion programme, and strengthening capital structure discipline in a leveraged, PE-backed environment.The role will work closely with the CEO, CFO, Board and private equity sponsor, and will play a central role in lender engagement, financial modelling, covenant management and investment appraisal as the platform scales.
