Job-Description:-

Coordinating-the-end-to-end-movement-of-freight-for-exhibitions,-conferences-and- live-events.

Manage-European-and-domestic-shipments

Liaise-with-clients,-suppliers,-carriers-and-venues-to-ensure-that-all-freight-arrives- correctly.

Arrange-road,-sea-and-airfreight

Prepare-and-manage-all-freight-documentation,-including-MAWB''s.

Coordinate-all-import-and-exports.

Liaise-with-airlines,-shipping-lines-and-transporters

Coordinate-all-collection-and-delivery''s.

Quotations

Negotiate-rates-with-all-suppliers

Monitor-all-shipment-costs.

Ensure-all-freight-movements-comply-with-relevant-customs,-transport,-insurance-and- regulatory-requirements.

Build-and-maintaining-strong-working-relationships.

Experience-Needed:-

Previous-experience-in-freight-forwarding,-logistics-or-international-transport.

Experience-handling-project-cargo.

Experience-with-air,-sea-and-road-freight.

Ability-to-manage-multiple-projects-and-priorities-simultaneously.

Commercial-awareness-and-understanding-of-freight-costs-and-quotations.

Good-IT-skills
