Teaching Assistant Day rate: £14-£16 per hour Location: BedfordJob Type: Full-time, Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm. Temp to Perm We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our small, nurturing school in Bedford, focused on supporting young girls from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 5. This role is ideal for someone who is a positive influence and passionate about helping students achieve their full potential. Day-to-day of the role: Provide support to individual students and small groups to help them understand and complete tasks.Work closely with teachers to monitor progress and tailor support to each student''s needs.Assist in the preparation of learning materials and the classroom environment.Help manage class behavior, ensuring a constructive working environment.Participate in school meetings and training sessions.Support the social and emotional development of students, acting as a positive role model.
