This role focuses on supporting related-party transactions for the company''s core consumer-facing businesses across the region. Key Responsibilities Transfer Pricing Policy SupportPlanning:Partner with business teams on new initiatives and restructuringsDevelop and refine transfer pricing models and policiesConduct financial modelling and valuations of businesses, assets, and workforce functionsImplementation andamp; Controllership:Support the rollout of new transfer pricing frameworksPrepare and review intercompany agreementsMonitor actual transfer pricing results against policy expectationsCompliance:Contribute to and review transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analysesAssist with regulatory submissions and compliance filingsDefence:Support audit responses and controversy mattersPrepare APA/MAP submissionsCoordinate responses to tax authoritiesThe role also provides ad hoc support to stakeholders on planning, audit defence and compliance matters, contributes to process improvement initiatives, and involves collaboration with external advisors.
