As part of their exciting growth there is an opportunity to join their IT function as they seek to strengthen their internal IT support capabilities.The RoleProviding first class end user support to colleagues across their global locationsAssist with testing of network connectivityConfiguring and deploying end user devicesMaintaining assets including laptops and phonesAsset management ensuring devices are ready and up-to-date when neededSupporting meetings / webinars and meeting room technologyInduction and training of new joinersTraining of end users in our applications and use of their devicesDevelopment of user training initiativesDeveloping and documenting new proceduresDriving support standardsParticipating in IT drop-in days to support staffParticipating in the out-of-hours support rota to provide cover for critical incidents and urgent user requests, typically 1 week in 4 between 6pm and 10.30pm (Monday to Friday)The PersonOpen to candidates with similar experience from either MSP or in-house environmentsStrong exposure to Microsoft technologies and ITSM frameworksIdeally 2-3 years'' relevant ..... full job details .....
