Create a structured, calm and engaging learning environment in which children feel safe and ready to learn. Adapt the primary curriculum, resources and teaching approaches to meet individual needs. Use assessment effectively to identify next steps, set ambitious targets and demonstrate progress. Contribute to education, health and care plans and participating in annual reviews.
