You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning and ensure every child is supported to reach their full potential - both academically and emotionally.Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small group support in and out of the classroomImplement personalised learning and behaviour plansSupport students with communication, regulation, and engagementPromote a nurturing and inclusive learning environmentWork collaboratively with teachers, therapists and parentsThe Ideal Candidate:Has experience working with children with SEN (either in a school or care setting)Is patient, resilient, and compassionateHas a good understanding of safeguarding and child protectionPossesses excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHolds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for oneWhy Join Through Us?Competitive ..... full job details .....
