You will oversee and assist with mentoring some of the more junior lawyers in the team.Advise a prestigious client base of domestic and international household names.Handle high-value mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, partnership structures, shareholder and governance matters, along with exit and success planning.Assist with business development, expanding long-standing client relationships, driving new opportunities and enhancing both your professional profile and the team''s market impact.Requirements

10+ PQE years\'' experience in Corporate law.Extensive expertise across a broad range of corporate transactions, including investments, joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
