- Advising on patent enforcement, validity, infringement and freedom-to-operate matters.
- Working with international colleagues on coordinated disputes across the UK, US and Europe.

- Supporting transactional and broader advisory IP matters where appropriate.
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development.
- For more senior candidates, supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Around 3–7 PQE, although applications from lawyers at other levels will be considered on merit.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to engage confidently with complex technical subject matter.
- Strong drafting and communication skills, together with a commercially minded approach.
- Experience across other IP rights, particularly trade marks, designs or copyright, is highly desirable.
- Experience relating to pharmaceutical or medical devices regulation, including SPCs, regulatory data or market exclusivity rights, would be advantageous but is not essential.
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to take ownership of matters while working effectively as part of a supportive team.
Please be advised that only candidates that have the specific skills and experiences required for this role will be shortlisted and submitted to our client for review.
