The candidate must be capable of handling and safely disposing of hazardous materials. Additionally, a valid driving license is required, along with the ability to comfortably drive a tipper truck or similar vehicle.Key Responsibilities:Work alongside Multi-trade Operatives to complete removals/storage of items in voids in a timely manner.Thoroughly clean properties to a lettable standard, including removal of waste, detritus, and hazardous material.Store cleaning tools, materials, and equipment in line with COSHH regulations.Safely deal with and dispose of drug and weapon-related paraphernalia.Undertake minor works within Hightown properties and communal areas as required.Discard rubbish and lumber at designated tipping points, keeping a log of weight or capacity as required.Ensure adequate stock ..... full job details .....
