We are looking for an estimator to join the office team but work will also include site visits across the North-West with use of a company pool van for this with expensed fuelcard.Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will play a crucial role in evaluating project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. This position requires strong skills in cost control and the ability to analyse various factors influencing project expenses. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Working as part of a team including engineers and sub-contractors, the successful candidate will also be involved in sourcing materials and maintaining client relationships with updates on various works projects. Our clients are based across the North-West and wider North areas and site visits will be required with use of company vehicle.
