This is a senior leadership position for a Chartered Structural Engineer with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and the ability to develop client relationships and lead a high-performing team. The role offers a varied project portfolio spanning new-build developments, refurbishment, structural investigations, remediation and forensic engineering, providing the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects for commercial developers, institutional investors and other key clients. The successful candidate will lead complex structural engineering projects from initial instruction through to completion, providing high-level technical and commercial advice. Responsibilities will include structural assessments, surveys, defect investigations, technical reviews and the development of practical remediation solutions relating to issues such as fire, flooding, subsidence, impact damage and structural defects.
