This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a complex and high-profile UKVI compliance function, supporting an internationally diverse workforce within a large and evolving organisation. Working closely with HR, Legal and senior stakeholders, you''ll serve as the organisation''s subject matter expert for workforce immigration compliance, providing strategic advice, shaping policy and governance frameworks, and ensuring continued compliance with UKVI regulations.This role offers the chance to influence decision-making at a senior level, lead meaningful improvement initiatives and make a tangible impact within a purpose-driven environment.
