This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to lead a committed team, drive high-quality education and care, and ensure full compliance with the EYFS Statutory Framework and Ofsted requirements. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the nursery''s operations, including safeguarding, staff leadership, quality assurance, curriculum delivery, regulatory compliance, and business performance.
