Key Role Responsibilities
Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email and face to face while updating the IT Service Desk.Administer IT systems and maintain system documentation.Prepare and maintain IT hardware.Analyze and identify trends in issue reporting and devise preventative solutions.Correctly prioritise incoming requests. Escalate requests to the second Line Team in accordance with escalation policy.
Prerequisites
Proven experience within a helpdesk / support position.Confident problem solver, with experience in providing technical support.Good knowledge of the Windows desktop platform.Excellent communication skills.Attention to detail.
