CNC Setter Operator – Permanent Position

Supreme Recruitment are recruiting for a well-established manufacturer of electrical conductors and connectors. 

We are recruiting for a CNC Setter Operator to set various CNC Machinery including VMC's, Millers and Turning Centres. 

Your duties may include: 

• Setting up to 4 machines per shift
• Carrying out tool changes
• working as part of a team - escalating manufacturing issues to the correct team etc. 
• Presetting CNC's
• Checking tooling is correct for the part
• Keeping a clean, friendly working environment

Pay: £33,500 plus overtime. Free parking, easily accessible via the motorway

Hours: 6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm rotating 

• Permanent, Full-Time Position with a stable, well-established manufacturing business 
• Overtime & Bonus Available

Clean working environment

• Minimum 2 years' experience setting and operating CNC Milling machines
• Experience with 3 axis CNC - Millers, Turning Centres and VMC's will be considered 
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
• Ability to work as part of a team 
• Advantageous if you are apprentice trained/ hold a Level 3 Engineering
