Market 36 Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of our client based in Witham, on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will support the manufacturing process within a busy production environment, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, accurately and to quality standards. Roles and Responsibilities Using hand and power tools Assisting in the manufacture of products in line with process instructions Using production machinery safely and reporting any issues to a Team Leader Lifting and handling heavy components when required Following all Health and Safety and PPE requirements Maintaining a clean and tidy work area Completing required documentation accurately and within set timescales Supporting various areas of production with a flexible approach Experience, education and qualifications Previous production or manufacturing experience advantageous Ability to follow instructions and work to efficiency targets Strong work ethic with good attention to detail Willingness to carry out manual handling tasks Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team Understanding of basic Health and Safety practices Hours: Monday Thursday: 6:00am 2:30pm Friday: 6:00am 2:00pm Salary: £12.21 per hour Benefits: Free on-site parking Market 36 Recruitment Ltd cover a range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Engineering, HR and Finance and ITAD.
