The successful candidate will provide high-quality teaching across a range of classes, ensuring pupils continue to receive a positive and engaging learning experience in the absence of their usual teacher. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with provided lesson plans and the school''s curriculum. Maintain a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently, following school policies and procedures. Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs and abilities of individual pupils. Monitor pupils'' progress, understanding and engagement throughout lessons. Complete appropriate classroom and lesson records where required. Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils in accordance with school policies. Work positively with teaching assistants, support staff and other members of the school team. Follow school procedures relating to attendance, safeguarding, health and safety and behaviour.
