We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading contractor working across their Prime sector.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong MandE, MEP or Building Services background who is comfortable managing documentation across multiple live projects at the same time.The RoleThe successful Document Controller will be responsible for supporting several smaller projects concurrently, typically managing 3-4 projects at any one time.You will be primarily based from the company''s London office, with occasional travel to project sites as required.You''ll work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and wider project teams to ensure all project documentation is accurately controlled, distributed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage document control across multiple live MandE / Building Services projects.Maintain accurate document registers and ensure document revisions are properly controlled.Manage the upload, distribution and tracking of project documentation.Coordinate drawings, technical documentation, RFIs, submittals and other project information.Ensure documentation is issued to the correct project teams and stakeholders.Monitor document status, revisions and approvals.Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients.Ensure project information is maintained in accordance with company procedures.Support the close-out of projects, including OandM and ..... full job details .....
