Your new company Hays are recruiting on behalf of Birmingham City Council for Qualified Social Workers based in Birmingham Heartlands Hospital.Your new role Working as a qualified Social Worker, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have recently worked as a qualified Adult Social Worker with experience of keeping and maintaining accurate records, making sure any assessment statuses, admissions and discharges are captured correctly and initial assessments. You will have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable picking up new and existing cases, in particular safeguarding and mental capacity assessments. It is imperative that you have an in-depth understanding and be able to manage any challenges with appropriate methods which will vary from case to case.
