The Maintenance Supervisor, will be responsible for: To supervise the day to day planning and allocation of the technical maintenance resource To supervise the Planned Maintenance Programme, and deliver an excellent reactive service to the property portfolio ensuring compliance with all SLA''s and KPI''s To supervise and deliver small replacements projects and update Asset Registers when equipment is replaced as part of Life Cycle or Small Works Programme Training the team as required including delivering Tool box talks and team briefs Checking paperwork and service standards completed by the team Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by the Engineering Manager Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation To be successful for this Maintenance Supervisor role you must have: Either BS7671 Electrical Regulations, Gas ACOPs or F-Gas qualified Ideally served a recognised trade training scheme Experience managing a small team IOSH Working safely Able to work as a member of a team and without direct ..... full job details .....
