Hayley Dexis has an exciting vacancy for a highly motivated Internal Sales person to join our well-established and experienced team based at our branch in Milton Keynes. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary. Hayley Group is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables (bearings, fasteners, PPE, tools, lubricants etc) in the UK. Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday Friday, 08 00 About the Internal Sales role: You ll be undertaking tasks such as responding to incoming enquiries, responding to customer queries and processing orders. Expect to be on the phone as well as being the face of our trade counter, providing expert knowledge and assistance to any walk-in customers. You ll proactively follow up on outstanding customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and look for opportunities to upsell and add value. We re looking for someone confident and proactive, who isn t afraid to get stuck into a range of tasks. You ll have prior experience in internal sales as well as a background in engineering or manufacturing. Given the demands of the customer base shifting to both mechanical and electrical, experience and knowledge of electrical components and key suppliers is advantageous.
