Senior Administrator - Wealth Management Location: Golders Green, North West London Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm Job Type: Full-time The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of an established wealth management practice based in Golders Green for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a friendly and well-established team of wealth managers and financial planners. This is a varied role combining client administration, front-of-house responsibilities and general office management. You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of the office and delivering a high standard of support to clients. The successful candidate will ideally have a strong background in financial administration, with experience within a wealth management or IFA environment. Key Responsibilities Manage client correspondence, including email and telephone enquiries, and ensure queries are directed to the appropriate wealth manager. Assist with new client onboarding and the processing of new business, liaising with clients and providers where required. Add and maintain accurate client information on the back-office system. Record remittances and fees accurately. Prepare and update client packs and marketing documentation. Deal with client requests, including monitoring requests for movement of funds and maintaining appropriate records.
