We have an excellent opportunity for an established Electrical Project Manager to join a welcoming team.

Working directly with several team members, your role will include project management of or

contracts valued from £200k to £5m. This will include working as part of a multi-disciplinary team

to manage projects in the healthcare, commercial and high-end residential sectors.

We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager with:

• Thorough and efficient Wide supplier and subcontractor knowledge.
• Understanding of associated electrical services
• Flexible and dedicated in approach to deadlines
• Computer literate
• Willing and able to work as part of a team with personal skills to promote good
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained in accordance with Company QA policies.
• Previous experience working as an Electrical Project Manager
• Electrical qualifications

The Electrical Project Manager role will involve:

• Managing Electrical projects in multiple sectors of up to the £10m figure
• Managing the supervisors onsite
• Attending client meetings
• Providing technical support where needed
• Managing labour on site & ensuring all H&S is upheld
• Liaise progress reports to senior management
• Manage sub-contract & agency labour when required
• Liaise with Architects, Engineers, Sub-contractors, Suppliers and the Client to

establish the project specification, preliminary requirements, risk provision and

exclusions.

• Attend and contribute to meetings with work colleagues and or Clients/Customers

when necessary.

• Maintain records and filing of information
• Carry out handover meetings
