This isn t a desk job you ll be the face of Martin-Baker on the hangar floor, providing world-class technical support to military and civil aviation customers across the globe. The Role You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and trial installation of ejection seats and aircraft canopy systems. Whether you are working on the cutting-edge F-35 program or retrofitting legacy platforms, your hands-on expertise ensures our life-saving equipment performs perfectly every time. Key Responsibilities: Global Support: Travel internationally for deployments ranging from one to several weeks. Technical Mastery: Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on ejection seats and explosive canopy cords. Trial Installations (TIs): Collaborate with Design Engineers and Human Factors specialists to retrofit seats into aircraft.
