Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports childrenandrsquo;s academic and personal development.
- Assess pupil progress effectively, using data to inform future teaching and provide feedback.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, school events, and collaborative planning.
- Uphold safeguarding standards and promote the welfare of all children.
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working in a UK primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2 andndash; flexibility depending on strengths)
- Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing teaching style
- Passion for delivering high-quality education and supporting childrenandrsquo;s individual needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, reflective, and collaborative approach to teaching and learning
- A commitment to professional development and ongoing improvement
- A current DBS check or willingness to obtain one
