Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports childrenandrsquo;s academic and personal development.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, using data to inform future teaching and provide feedback.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, school events, and collaborative planning.
• Uphold safeguarding standards and promote the welfare of all children.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working in a UK primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2 andndash; flexibility depending on strengths)
• Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing teaching style
• Passion for delivering high-quality education and supporting childrenandrsquo;s individual needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, reflective, and collaborative approach to teaching and learning
• A commitment to professional development and ongoing improvement
• A current DBS check or willingness to obtain one
