Essential Qualifications

Degree level education or equivalent level or relevant experience.Institute of IT trainings Training Assessment Programme Qualification Or experience of training IT products in a post 16 environment.Knowledge and holder of European Computer Driving License.Experience: Experience of using the Windows Operating System.A sound theoretical knowledge of Hardware, Software and the Internet.Planning and organisational skills to ensure timely training delivery.Awareness of local and national IMandT education and training strategies.Demonstrates effective interpersonal, organisational, presentation and communication skills (oral and written).Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with all service users internal and external.Capable of developing and delivering system user training programmes for all levels of staff.Must possess a comprehensive range of practical analytical, statistical and numerical skills in order to analyse and report on training activity and non-attendance.Ability to work using own initiative, motivating service users to achieve their objectives.Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of users.Desirable Qualifications/Experience

Practical experience of training or teaching of Microsoft products.Knowledge of clinical systems used within the Trust and NHS.Microsoft Office Specialist Qualification or extensive experience of using the Microsoft Office suite.
