Mechanical Project Manager - Critical Facilities - City of London/Slough We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support the delivery of complex construction and engineering projects, primarily within data centres and critical facilities. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.Our clients business is growing year on year in the building and construction industry, driven by repeat clients and a strong pipeline of work across critical environments and complex mechanical projects. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager in the delivery of mechanical construction projects from pre-start through to completionCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partnersEnsure compliance with HSQE, CDM, and environmental legislationMaintain site standards, quality assurance processes, and project documentationManage programmes, RAMS, method statements, and site recordsChair and contribute to subcontractor meetingsOversee testing, commissioning documentation, and handover recordsIdentify cost-saving and value engineering opportunitiesTrack costs and support pricing of variations and small worksBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and ..... full job details .....
