Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Sutton Coldfield B76 1AF (Minworth)

Shifts: The site operates on a 2 shift pattern : 5:50am-6pm & 5:50pm-6am.
Minimum 3 shifts a week
Shift alignment will depend on site demands.

Job Type: Temp to perm opportunities available

Pay:

Day Shifts(5:50 AM - 6:00 PM): -12.76 per hour (increases to -15.10 per hour after 12 weeks)
Night Shifts(5:50 PM - 6:00 AM): -13.21 per hour (increases to -16.41 per hour after 12 weeks)

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Storage and distribution of confectionary products
• Keeping the workspace clean and organized
• Following clear food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Supporting daily targets and learning from experienced team leads
• Operating machinery safely (full training provided)
• Picking individual orders to be delivered to a variety of supermarkets and other client sites

What You''ll Learn:

• In-house training on warehousing routines and safety
• On-the-job mentoring from skilled colleagues

What We''re Looking For:

• Experienced warehouse operative with strong awareness of safety and efficiency
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience in the recent 2 years is essential
• Able to lift items up to 25kg and stay active on your feet during the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Flexibility for both day and night shifts (we''ll always try to work around your needs)
