If you take pride in your workmanship and notice the small details others might miss, this could be a great fit.In this role, you ll be hands-on in the final stage of the manufacturing process, responsible for ensuring every product leaves the workshop finished to a high standard.Roles and Responsibilities Preparing surfaces properly before painting cleaning, sanding, masking and checking for defectsApplying coatings using spray equipment, ensuring even coverage and correct thicknessChecking your own work and resolving any imperfections before products move forwardMaintaining spray booths and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environmentFollowing technical specifications, production instructions and health and safety guidelines at all times The Ideal Candidate Have previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial or engineering settingAre confident using a variety of spray techniques and materialsCan read and interpret technical drawings or product specificationsTake genuine pride in producing a high-quality finishWork well as part of a team and can manage their workload in a busy production environment Does this sound like you?
