Senior Healthcare and Protection Consultant

to join our

Corporate

consulting team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This is a flexible hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week out of the

London

or

Chichester

office. As a Healthcare and Protection Consultant you will maintain and develop a portfolio of Corporate Healthcare and Protection clients by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.We will count on you to:Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and to expand business lines and service delivery where appropriateManage and develop strong client relationships and win new business.Work collaboratively and pro-actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plansIdentify business opportunities from your client portfolio and your own networkProvide a service compliant with all procedures and Mercer Code of Professional Conduct and the FCAWork with your assigned support team to ensurethe delivery of services to each client in line with Mercer standards

What you need to have:Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation skills)Good organisational skillsPrevious Healthcare and/or Protection related experienceProven consulting and relationship management skillsGood technical, product and process knowledgeGood inter-personal, communication and time management skills
