The Role: Senior Interior DesignerSector: Luxury Food and BeverageLocation: Flexible – UK / EuropeSalary: £60,000 - £65,000 pa + packageI am very excited to be working on this amazing Senior Level Interior Design role.Our client is at the top of their game and is a trusted partner to exceptional Food and Beverage / Hospitality businesses that stand out from the crowd thanks to their beautiful, design-led sites.The Senior Interior Designer will be part of a team based in Europe, responsible for overseeing the design and supervision of interior spaces, collaborating closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements. This role involves developing innovative design concepts, managing project timelines and budgets, and leading a team of project designers while coordinating with project stakeholders.The Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager will lead the creative process to achieve award-winning designs through innovation and unique creations. They will hand over detailed technical drawings to the REVIT/BIM team and remain involved as a concept guardian.Staying updated on industry trends ensures each project meets client expectations and reflects contemporary design standards.Candidates should have extensive experience designing luxury interiors for FandB businesses, with the ability to lead multi-national teams both on-site and remotely. Energy, adaptability in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, and leadership skills are essential.CORE skills:• High-end FandB design experience – Ideally 10+ years• Experience managing a multi-cultural team in Revit and BIM• Strong in creative, narrative design• Incredible attention to detail• Proven success in Concept Design• Strong project management skills• Capable of restructuring, hiring, and training a team of 10-20 within the next 1-2 years• Experience with GCC• Bachelor''s or Master''s Degree in Architecture (preferred)• Starting in January 2025
