Audio Typing:
Spend 95% of your day typing up legal documents, correspondence, and reports.Conveyancing Support:
Provide essential administrative support to the conveyancing team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.Document Management:
Utilise your experience with Leap and Infortrack to locate forms and documents quickly and accurately.Collaboration:
Work closely with solicitors and other legal professionals to facilitate communication and ensure client satisfaction.Who We''re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, specifically within the conveyancing sector.Strong audio typing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Familiarity with commercial property transactions is highly desirable.Proficiency in using Leap and Infortrack software for document management.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Working Hours
The ideal working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, but we are open to adjusting the schedule to accommodate your travel times.Why Join Us?
