With a particular emphasis on beverage development, you will identify emerging trends, lead new product launches and introduce innovative concepts that keep the brand fresh and relevant. You will also play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the beverage category, working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, finance and operations to deliver commercially successful ranges.The ideal candidate will have experience in product development within food service, QSR, or beverage-led environments, alongside a strong understanding of HACCP, excellent stakeholder management skills and advanced Excel capability.
