Supported Housing Support Worker Location: Cullompton Salary: £14.12 per hour + holiday pay or £15.82 umbrella Hours: Monday to Sunday 9am - 5pm, 1 weekend in 3 lone working. 37hr/week, however we would consider 30hr/week. Key Responsibilities Build positive, professional relationships with residents, colleagues, and partner agencies. Support the day-to-day running of supported accommodation, ensuring high standards of service delivery. Assist residents with settling in, completing move-in documentation, and feeling welcomed from day one. Develop, implement, and review individual support plans that promote independence and personal development. Write and review risk assessments, ensuring risks are identified, managed, and regularly updated. Manage an allocated caseload, providing consistent, person-centred support.
