One role will cover Birmingham, Walsall and Wolverhampton, and the other will cover Birmingham and Worcester. The works will include fire door maintenance and installation, cavity barriers, fire-rated glazing, and other associated passive fire protection measures.This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to go temp-to-perm for the right candidate.Key Requirements:Strong experience in fire door installation/maintenance - either from a supervisory or hands-on background (essential)Able to manage multiple subcontractors and works across live, occupied sitesSolid understanding of FRA compliance and passive fire protection standardsMinimum SSSTS requiredFIRAS or BM Trada certification preferred but not essentialExcellent communication, organisation, and HandS awarenessDriving licence and willingness to travel across designated ..... full job details .....
