Claims Team Manager - Prompt Resolution Team (FTC) Leeds Fixed Term Contract until August 2027 days per week in the office An established insurer is looking to appoint an experienced Claims Team Manager to lead its Prompt Resolution Team (PRT) within the UK Claims function. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering fast, high-quality claims outcomes while driving efficiency, performance, and team development. The Role Reporting into the Head of Insurance Claims, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Prompt Resolution Team, ensuring claims are handled proactively, accurately, and in line with agreed service standards.
