Day shift allowance: 17.48 p/h Night shift allowance: 29.13 p/hShift Patterns:8-Hour pattern: Morning (06:00 - 14:00), Afternoon (14:00 - 22:00), Night (22:00 - 06:00)12-Hour pattern: Day (06:00 - 18:00), Night (18:00 - 06:00)(Must be fully flexible to work all shifts and patterns) Shifts will depend based on the client''s demand and requirements.Key Responsibilities Ensure the effective production and packaging of high-quality goods. Prepare, operate, and clean packaging equipment efficiently. Perform on-line quality control checks on finished products, components, and syrups. Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety/PPE guidelines. Assist across cross-functional teams depending on daily production needs.
