The Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be part of a 25-strong multidisciplinary team delivering cost consultancy services across a wide range of sectors including Healthcare, Retail, Heritage, Education, Hotel, Automotive, Commercial, and Residential. The role promises exposure to a broad spectrum of projects and a dynamic client base, ensuring day-to-day variety and long-term development.

This position offers a clear and fast-tracked route to Senior Quantity Surveyor, making it ideal for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will receive exceptional support through a structured APC programme delivered by experienced Chartered Surveyors and Directors, all within a business that has a proven track record of developing and retaining talent.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A RICS accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Cost Consultancy (1-2 years minimum)
• A valid UK driving license
