The business typically undertakes large scale infrastructure works, and this opportunity presents a perfect time to join as they expand their operations in Scotland. Applicants MUST be based in Scotland and, due to the nature of work, be willing to work away from home (within Scotland) when necessary. Role and Responsibilities: Oversee the daily site operations and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications. Set out works and verifying levels, alignment, and measurements. Work collaboratively with contractors, suppliers, and project teams. Identify risks to project success and resolve or escalate these promptly. Conduct progress reviews and provide updates to site management as required. Inspect materials and completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality. Ensure adequate permits are received before commencing any site activities. Address any issues with non-compliance or poor quality, escalating and reporting, as necessary.
