Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm, is seeking an experienced Post Completions Executive to support the team with a volume of Post Completion files. This role is ideal for someone who takes real pride in getting things done properly and has a sharp eye for detail.You will be trusted with ensuring all post-completion matters are handled accurately and thoroughly, with a strong focus on technical precision and file management.The Role:Managing a backlog of post-completion files from start to finishCross-referencing documentation and liaising with the Land RegistryChecking registrations and dealing with requisitionsHandling technical post-completion and administrative tasksManaging balances, closing files, and ensuring all matters are fully completed and compliantMaintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail throughoutThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in post completions or conveyancing is essentialHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work methodicallyConfident handling Land Registry matters and requisitionsTakes ownership of their work and values accuracy over speedComfortable working independently and seeing tasks through to completionThis is a fully office-based role initially, as some files are paper-based.
