Site Manager West Yorkshire £40k - £50k + Package I m currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a well-established and highly respected regional contractor delivering a new build affordable housing scheme in West Yorkshire. This role will see you working closely with an experienced Senior Site Manager, supporting the day-to-day delivery of the project. The Role: Support the Senior Site Manager in delivering a new build residential development Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high quality Maintain site records and ensure full HandS compliance Drive standards across the project About You: Experience in site management within construction New build affordable housing experience desirable, not essential Strong communication and organisational skills Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop long term Assistant Site Managers looking to step up are strongly encouraged to apply, our client is more interested in attitude, drive and willingness to learn than specific sector experience.
