Recruitment Consultant Excellent basic salary, uncapped commission paid on all gross profit with no threshold, 33 -38 days holiday, pension, incentives and target rewards, training and early finish Friday.We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of our growing Commercial division to maintain existing accounts and develop new ones as part of our small, friendly and busy teamOn a typical day you will be interviewing, advertising, negotiating, developing business over the phone and face to face, matching candidates to the temporary and permanent vacancies our clients have tasked us with and looking after those clients and candidates.We will provide you with all of the tools and training required for you to be a successful Consultant; a combination of one to one coaching, e-learning and group training.At Travail we believe in providing a quality service to our clients and offering a great working environment to our consultants.The clients we work with are small to medium sized businesses who recruit in smaller volumes and look for quality. We do not manage large volume accounts so there is no need to work on site or be on call 24 hours per day.
