Customer Service / Payroll Administrator

£13.00 per hour | Temp to Perm 

Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm

We''re looking for a confident and resilient Customer Service / Operations Administrator to join a busy and growing team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You''ll need to be someone who enjoys being busy, can think on your feet and isn''t afraid to deal with challenging situations.

You''ll be responsible for managing a varied workload, dealing with customers and callers, and following detailed processes, legislation and industry rules.

The role involves using multiple computer systems, prioritising workloads and handling sometimes difficult or irate callers, so confidence, resilience and good communication skills are essential.

You''ll receive training on the processes and systems, so previous industry experience isn''t essential.

We''re looking for someone with a bit of oomph – someone who gets stuck in and isn''t afraid of a challenge.

You''ll ideally have:

• A proactive, positive and go-getter attitude

• Excellent written communication skills

• Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly

• The ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

• The confidence and resilience to deal with difficult or irate callers

• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• A willingness to learn detailed processes, legislation and rules

• A flexible approach to working hours when required

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, giving you the chance to prove yourself within the role before moving into a permanent position.

Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm

There may also be opportunities for evening and weekend overtime, so flexibility would be an advantage.
