Role Overview

King - West is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, acting as the initial point of contact for prospective clients. You will play a crucial part in building our sales pipeline, engaging with potential customers, and setting the stage for successful partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive research to identify and qualify new sales leads and target accounts within defined markets.
• Initiate outbound communication through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to engage prospects.
• Effectively articulate King - West's value proposition, understanding customer needs and pain points.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria (e.g., BANT - Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure high-quality opportunities.
• Schedule and confirm discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies and ensure seamless handovers.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings.
• Gather market feedback and intelligence to contribute to continuous improvement of sales and product strategies.

• Demonstrated adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging telephone manner.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to uncover prospect needs.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing a high volume of outreach.
• A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking and managing leads.
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and benefits.

• Previous experience in a sales development, business development, or customer-facing role.
