Sports Instructor / Coach Senior Girls School Location: Maidenhead, SL6 6AW Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Start Date: September 2026About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sports Instructor to join a thriving Girls School PE department, primarily based within the Senior Girls School.This is a term-time role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week between 8:00am and 6:00pm (hours may vary depending on fixtures).You will support the delivery of PE lessons and take an active role in planning and leading extra-curricular sports clubs. Working closely with the PE team, you will coach students, help organise fixtures, and contribute to the wider sporting life of the school.Key Responsibilities Support and assist with the delivery of PE and Games lessonsPlan and coach extra-curricular sports clubs before, during and after schoolCoach core sports such as Netball, Hockey, Athletics and/or SwimmingAssist with the organisation of home and away fixturesTake responsibility for allocated teams and support match preparationDevelop links with local schools and sports clubsLiaise with grounds staff regarding the upkeep of sports facilitiesSupport inter-house competitions, sports events and displaysMonitor and report on student progress and participationAssist with maintaining PE equipment, including ordering and stock checksSupport administrative tasks including booking facilities and transportPromote sporting success through school communications and ..... full job details .....
