The business We''re building a business fit for the AI era. Over the last eight years, we''ve grown a respected, impactful, consulting practice - providing sector expert, street smart, and hands-on support to clients in and around the public sector. Our differentiation has enabled us to build unusually strong, trusting and recurrent relationships with clients across central Government, the education, and health and social care markets. Over the last 18 months, we''ve been reflecting on what our clients and markets will need from us over the next ten years - as they grapple with an increasingly complex, changing world, including not least coming wave of AI disruption and opportunity. So, this autumn we''ll be rebranding our business - and confirming some exciting evolutions to our propositions and model. We won''t set out all of those changes in detail here - but can give you a preview in the later stages of the selection process. What we can say is that we''re building a very different kind of professional services business; one that is more global, more connected, more digital, and more sophisticated than the term ''consulting'' conveys - even when it''s been us doing the consulting.
